What we collect

• Your name and email address when you join the email list or contact us.
• When you book: your contact details, emergency contact, dietary needs, bike size and anything else you tell us to plan your trip.
• Basic site analytics, like which pages are visited, through Squarespace.

How we use it

• To run your trip and keep you informed before and during it.
• To send our emails, if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime from any email.
• To share what's needed with the hotels, restaurants and bike rental partners on your trip, for example your name and dietary needs.

We never sell your information.

Services we use

Our website runs on Squarespace. Bookings and payments are handled by our booking platform, and we never see or store your full card details. These services keep your information under their own privacy policies.

Your choices
